National Top 100 practice has an opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join their commercial property group. The highly regarded team advises on a diverse range of matters including finance, development, investment and disputes for the health, education, leisure and public sectors and enjoys national respect for its expertise and consistent achievement.
They are now looking to expand their team with an additional solicitor to provide specialist advice with an emphasis on the housing association & RSL market. Previous experience is essential, probably at least 5 years PQE and including development and general property matters. A following would be very beneficial, but not essential and those looking to progress to partnership are encouraged to apply.
