Soon to be legal 500 would you like to be part of this team, our client a city law firm covering high net worth property
Our client is keen to instruct a newly qualified to 2 year PQE solicitor to support the senior partners in this highly regarded firm
You will be Involved at the beginning of a new property projects. Visiting sites and talking to the other professionals involved. Your approach is strictly commercial. We will secure your property interests on the best possible terms. Whether for development, investment or a place to carry out your business, you will respond quickly, grasp the initiative and work to your own timetable.
You can identify potential problems, discuss possible remedies with your Client and put them into place before additional costs are incurred. We know the importance of tax implications, particularly the impact of VAT on commercial buildings and construction.
We will manage property acquisitions and disposals for overseas and non-resident clients, structuring the deal and taxations arrangements to their best advantage, within their overall business operations.
