Top national firm are looking to recruit a newly qualified corporate solicitor to undertake general corporate work with a range of FTSE 250 clients and other large clients. The work will include advising both public and private companies on a range of matters including management buy-outs/buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases, reorganisations, and regulatory compliance.
The national corporate/commercial team comprises over 70 solicitors with 21 based in the Thames Valley office. Ideally applicants will have relevant experience gained in a busy city, national or large regional practice, and should have had their last seat in the corporate law area.
Rewards include a transparent and supported career progression and an industry leading salary of £40K-£60K (depending on experience) for the right candidate.
