A specialist litigation and commercial law firm with a formidable reputation for defending some of the top names in the insurance industry. My client defends fast-track, multi-track, large loss and catastrophic injury claims on behalf of the insurer, insured and self-insured alike.
Due to ever increasing loyalty from their clients and a rapidly expanding caseload, additional opportunities exist to lawyers capable of managing a casload of complex and high value claims.
Duties of responsibility will of course depend on your current experience; this will suit ambitious and hard working individuals that have a clear focus on making the most of their career.
You should have a strong track record, ideally in defendant personal injury litigation, experience of running claims to trial and experience of or the ability to supervise and motivate others. Your length of experience in defendant personal injury will of course reflect your package.
