An experienced Company Commercial Solicitor is now sought by Frances Armstrong Associates LLP to join our client’s well-established and expanding City firm situated close to all public transport in the Holborn area of Central London.
This progressive City legal 500 firm situated in Holborn has an established track record of providing an extensive range of legal services to corporate, commercial and private clients throughout London, the UK and overseas.
This position will suit an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor looking for a long term career opportunity in an expanding London law firm.
This is an important strategic appointment and swift career progression is assured for a candidate with the requisite client-handling and technical skills.
The successful candidate will be working alongside the existing Commercial partners and will be given first-rate opportunities for personal and professional development in turn ensuring a place in the firm’s long term strategic growth plans.
Salary – Up to £100,000 + for Partner level, Negotiable (dependent upon skills and experience)

The successful applicant will have:
* A Proven history of Commercial work in the U.K.
* An in-depth knowledge and proven track record in U.K Company Law
* The ability to think outside the circle to attract, manage and maintain new and existing clientele.
* An existing client following (this would be beneficial but it is not a pre-requisite)
Duties include:
* Undertaking a variety of commercial legal and transactional work as required
* Assisting in marketing the services of the firm and department.
* Increasing the caseload and generating income for the department and firm.
