On behalf of this London City Client, Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently accepting applications from Commercial Property Solicitors wishing to join an ever growing legal 500 city law firm with fantastic potential.
This opportunity has arisen for an entrepreneurial commercial property solicitor with a proven background of successful business development.
Prospective applicants will be enthusiastic, forward-thinking property solicitors with a minimum of 8 years PQE.
The successful candidate will be a motivated professional with a pro-active attitude towards gaining new clients and excellent communication skills.
This role would best suit a determined solicitor looking to make his or her mark by taking on responsibility for the consolidation and expansion of the current property department.
Current Partners are encouraged to apply as this may fast track to an initial Partnership offering or an offering upon appraisal.
A strong current client following is required for this role.
Role
You will be required to:
* Manage your own caseload with a full range of Commercial matters
* Handle files from initial instruction through to completion
* Have a proactive approach to obtaining new work and promoting the services of the Property Dept and the firm.
* Take a hands on role in further developing the firms Property division
Candidate
* A minimum of 8 years UK Property experience.
* Previous Partnership would be beneficial
* Experience in the management and development of a Property Dept
* Proven experience in marketing Property services.
* Strong client following
* Must be IT literate
Salary: - Up to £120,000, + commission and benefits.
