Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 - 5 years PQE in Essex.
This progressive legal firm is currently looking to secure the services of a career-driven Commercial Property specialist to continue developing and promoting this successful law firm within the local area.
This position will suit a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE and across the board commercial property experience who is wishing to secure a long term career opportunity with this ever expanding law firm.
The successful applicant will be given first-rate opportunities for personal and professional development whilst combing the perfect mix of autonomy and supervision.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
* Taking instructions from clients and on their behalf
* Working to the high quality levels with the minimum of supervision
* Review case files on a regular basis
* Deal with the daily correspondence and telephone calls.
* Ensuring that all timescales are met
* Keep all matters up to date
* Compliance with the firm’s Confidentiality Policy at all times
Applicant Qualities:
* Minimum of 3 years UK PQE Commercial Property experience
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* True Team worker
Salary up to £60,000 will be awarded to reflect the experience and skills of the Applicant.
