Leading UK full service private practice are currently looking for a talented individual to join the Commercial and Technology department. The department provide a broad range of legal and commercial services to clients ranging from start-up businesses to established global organisations. The successful candidate will be working on a variety of matters including; general commercial agreements such as manufacturing agreements. supply contracts,, partnering agreements, sub-contracting agreements, reseller agreements and franchising agreement, other aspects will involve outsourcing, media and communication contracts and intellectual property.
This is an exciting role to further your career and utilise your solid general commercial and contracts experience. You will need to be a confident communicator able to effectively interact and build and maintain solid business relationships, and provide clear strategic advice and solutions to meet client objectives.
