Assistant Company Commercial Solicitor Job / London Central / Large Regional Our client has nearly 400 staff based in offices across the South West and London. It has an established reputation in the South of England. There is an exciting opportunity for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join the expanding team in London. The team undertakes a mixture of M&A, corporate finance and commercial work for a range of corporate clients, which includes owner managed companies to large corporate Companies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years recent relevant experience ideally with a recognised firm. You will need to have broad knowledge of corporate work, private equity, corporate finance and joint ventures. Drafting and advising on Commercial agreements. Client management skill are skills are essential along with being an effective communicator who is a team player with the enthusiasm to drive to team forward.
