EXCELLENT COMMERCIAL / INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OPPORTUNITY

NAMED COMMERCIAL PRACTICE IN CITY CURRENTLY RECRUITING

Our client is a well known and recognised brand in the Legal IP / IT sector and they are currently seeking an experienced solicitor to recruit into their TMT Group.

The Team

• This IT team advises a broad range of private sector clients in respect of all forms of IT, including:-
  • information law (date protection and Freedom of Information);
  • E-Commerce;
  • IT Procurement;
  • Outsourcing (IT, Business Process). 
• The IT team's work is transactional & advisory;
• The team often advises on "difficult" IT projects, working closely with the firm's IT litigators; 
• In addition, the team works closely with the Corporate Department.

You

To successfully secure this role you will need to show:-

• An excellent academic record , including as a minimum a 2.1 from a recognized University;
• That you trained and qualified with a team or firm with a strong reputation in the Commercial IT arena;
• You are between 2-5PQE;
• That your commercial IT experience has garnered you an excellent grounding in the specialism across the board, covering the full gamut of agreements including patent licensing
