Legal Works is delighted to be asked to recruit for this lead city practice and particularly for the exciting & fast expanding Energy Group.

The Group

• The Group's work involves advising on the legal aspects of the complete supply chain (upstream & downstream) of crude & refined products, gas & LNG, power generation (including from wind and re-newables), gas and power transmission and distribution, and water treatment and distribution.
• The team also has in depth mergers & acquisitions, regulatory, procurement and competition expertise in liberalised regulated utilities markets such as the UK.
• They operate on a friendly collegiate basis with strong support for all members from top to bottom.

 

The Role & You 

• Will cover the full gamut of the energy sector but with opportunity to focus and specialize on areas that play to your strengths;
• Working very closely with the lead partners in the team;
• You will be circa 3-4PQE;
• You will have experience working at leading City or large national / regional law firms;
• You will have experience of business development / client care and marketing strategies.
