Liverpool National Practice requires two additional commercial lawyers to join their growing team.
Liverpool National Practice requires two additional commercial lawyers to join their growing team. The firm require one newly/recently qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 months commercial experience, preferably with a city, national or recognised commercial practice.
The firm also requires a more experienced lawyer with a minimum of 2 years commercial experience, again preferably from a city, national Liverpool National Practice requires two additional commercial lawyers to join their growing team.
For both opportunities, experience in the following fields would be advantageous, but is not necessarily essential.
Commercial, projects and company work
Business start-ups and terms and conditions of trading
Commercial agreements
Agency and distribution
Mergers/acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Investments
Partnerships and limited liability partnerships (including conversions to LLP status)
Franchising
Outsourcing and service provider agreements (including facilities management and maintenance agreements)
Public procurement and competition matters
Complex high-value Private Finance Initiative/Public Private Partnership schemes and other projects
Project and development agreements, project/structured finance and complex high value IT schemes and procurements
