CONSTRUCTION LAWYER - LEEDS 2-4 years PQE £55k - £70k Our client has achieved an enviable reputation over many years having been involved in a number of high profile construction projects both in the UK and overseas. Ideally individuals have 2-3 years experience. The range of work would cover both contentious and non contentious. The contentious work would primarily involve supporting partners on the substantial disputes, be it adjudication, mediation, arbitration or High Court. Successful candidates would also be given responsibility to run small to medium sized disputes, on the non contentious side, the work will primarily involve acting for developers and banks on commercial developments. However, there will also be the opportunity to work on public sector projects as well.
