Are you a Corporate lawyer looking for a re-train opportunity? This firm will allow you the scope to utilise your skills in a semi-transactional, projects based role with the emphasis on joint venture matters.

With a broad based corporate offering, this heavyweight regularly acts for 25 of the FT Global 500 and 20 of the FTSE 200. You will work as part of a team, which provides strategic advice and delivers partnership, joint venture and fund structures to both public and private sector clients.

Managing a client base, which ranges from owner-managed businesses to large national corporations, you will work with highly ranked Partners to become and integral part of the team.
