Our client is one of the UK's largest manufacturers with a global presence. An opportunity has arisen for a lawyer to join the legal team. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal you will have wide ranging responsibilities for providing legal advice to senior managers and operating teams throughout the business. Your role will be varied and of real relevance to the company. You will review, draft and negotiate key commercial agreements in all areas of the business. You will also review, draft and negotiate agreements in relation to the procurement of goods and services, for the various internal departments of IT, Marketing, HR and Finance. You will also be responsible for managing the IP portfolio and Data Protection Act registrations.
You will either currently be in-house or working in the commercial department of a leading commercial practice.
