Medium sized commercial firm in Leeds seeks non contentious commercial solicitor to undertake a range of non-contentious work. This practice is a genuinely commercial set up which offers the full range of contentious and non-contentious disciplines. Their client base is typically Yorkshire level OMB and SME in nature. There are also some national level clients and there is some interesting sports law work involved. They seek a solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to undertake a range of commercial work. Matters comprise commercial contracts predominantly but there is also an element of corporate due diligence work. Whilst the bottom level of PQE is 2 years, they will also consider candidates up to partner level; it is more about personality compatability than anything for this role.
