Well established Lancaster Firm with offices through out the North West have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join their busy Department due to increasing workloads. The work will cover a broad range of Corporate Commercial and Corporate Finance. Candidates should have worked previously in at least one of the above mentioned area and have experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on agreements. The firm is forward thinking, offers a good working environment and plentiful opportunities for career progression.
