Our Client a long established private practice law firm in Kent with a number of offices, has a strong and loyal client base of both businesses and individuals. Due to continued success of the department, a position has become available for an experienced Civil Litigation ILEX, FILEX or Solicitor. Role will involve working within the Civil Litigation team that deals with a wide variety of civil disputes including cases of personal injury, landlord & tenant, housing issues, debt recovery, employment matters and damage to property and reputation. You will already have experience in this area having worked as a FILEX, ILEX or qualified Solicitor for a number of years. Ideally, you will have worked with case management systems, managed your own caseload, attended court and dealt with a variety of cases. Market rate salary available for the successful candidate but is expected to be iro £ 25 - 35,000 dependant on experience.
