A position has arisen with one of the largest and oldest practices in the area, for a highly motivated Solicitor looking for a long term career move and real future prospects within this growing Commercial department. Key responsibilities will include preparing and advising on a range of commercial agreements, advising on formations, variation and dissolution of partnerships, purchases and sales of small companies, advising on all areas of company law. You will also play a key role in the continued development of the department within the local business community and have sufficient experience to be capable of quickly building a dedicated client base of your own.
