An experienced Corporate/Commercial Property Solicitor is required by a multi office, Legal 500 registered practice in the North Hertfordshire area with existing experience in at least some of the following areas:-
- Business start-ups
- Mergers & Acquisition
- Business sales,company formation
- Joint venture agreements
- General company law
- Financial regulations
- Partnership agreements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years pqe and have ambitions to progress their career.
