COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - HERTFORDSHIRE
We have the following position available in the Company and Commercial Department, 5 years + PQE. Progressing towards Partnership and succession planning for the firm. You will be
responsible for training a trainee. The ability to deal with commercial leases from start to finish, commercial property purchase start to finish, business asset purchase and company share purchase. Forward thinking, IT literate, comfortable with networking and gaining new business, self motivated, ability to work to and achieve targets. Supported by a full time secretary (shared with another fee earner). Salary £45k - £50k
