The successful candidate will be a confident mid-level commercial lawyer who is able to hit the ground running within a dynamic environment. Working with colleagues in the US and internationally on a range of contracts, this is a company in an exciting phase of growth. Depending on the skill set of the successful candidate, there may be scope for other work including corporate, licensing and company secretarial. 12 month fixed term contract initially to cover maternity leave. Must be available to start by Nov/Dec. UK experience/qualification is a must. Previous in-house experience would be advantageous.
