COMMERCIAL IT CONTRACTS MANAGER - HAMPSHIRE
Established UK market leading company providing security solutions for information and transactions is currently recruiting for a specialist commercial manager (IT contracts with a software/managed service background) to commence in September.
The following skills/experience as mandatory:
Must be legally focussed/qualified with a focus on commercial law
Must have experience in an IT solutions/IT software company
Will have experience of managing high level negotiations with large corporate bodies
They must be very "commercial" and "entrepreneurial" in their approach
They must want to work in a small company environment.
The firm require an individual that is fully experienced to get up and running quickly, a robust character as tough decision making is inevitable as well as having strong discussions with the sales department. An understanding of technology will be required as they will need to understand our products/services in great detail. This is a hands on job and we do require individuals who will be pro-active and not too status focussed as contract administration is a large part of the role
