Our client is one of the Top legal firms in Southern England with ambitious plans for growth across all their offices. They are currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for their Fareham.
The ideal candidate will be a good all round commercial litigator. Expertise might include disputes in relation to good and services, restrictive covenants, confidentiality, employment related civil litigation, intellectual property, construction, defamation or professional negligence. We envisage the right candidate will develop specific expertise of one or more of the above legal areas and also an involvement in one of our core industry sectors, would be useful if you already had high quality expertise in one more of the above.
You will be a highly competent and well respected practitioner, able to become a referral source of choice internally an externally for contentious matters.
You will reporting direct to a partner and must be able to take control of a wide range of high quality general commercial litigation on behalf of major corporate clients.
