An Assistant Solicitor is required to work along side a Partner who has developed a strong Commercial practice dealing with all commercial matters to include Company Sales, Substantial Management buy outs and Venture Capital Transactions. The department also handles Insolvency matters, Director Disqualifications and other litigated work.
This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor looking to gain further experience and to help build on the existing, excellent client base, by working alongside someone viewed by other solicitors as being an authority in this field.
