Excellent opportunity to join highly regarded Legal 100 practice in their prestigious head office based in the South East.

 

Due to an increased workload our client seeks a dynamic commercial solicitor to join established team.The primary focus of this role is general commercial contracts for commercial clients and local authority clients covering supply and distribution arrangements, terms of sale and purchase, manufacturing agreements and data protection advice.

 

The individual will also work closely with the Group's corporate practice when necessary and will be responsible for managing transaction due diligence, and will be involved in, for example, joint venture arrangements, shareholder agreements, company formations and partnerships.

 

Good experience of general commercial and IT contracts is necessary, we do not anticipate that an NQ will have a sufficient level of experience for this role.  We are ideally seeking someone with the skills and experience of 1 to 4 PQE, although may consider someone with more experience.  Experience of contracts in the public sector would be an advantage, but is not essential.
