The Birmingham office of this top-25 national private practice has an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or barrister with at least 2 years' experience in real estate litigation to provide support to its team through the provision of know-how (including precedents, changes in the law and practice and updating), training, risk assessment and lawyer development.
The role will involve identifying, gathering and disseminating technical and commercial know-how to lawyers within the team, obtaining feedback from them and identifying their training and development needs, as well as organising that training and developing best practice guidelines.
To be successful, you must be able to confidently interact with other lawyers and third parties and possess enthusiasm and motivation towards the success of the team. You will be proactive with good organisational and time management skills and will have effective analytical, verbal and written communication skills and. In addition, you will have sound administration, presentation, and IT skills.
