Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Solicitor with a minimum 3+ years PQE in Company Commercial work on behalf of our highly prestigious client based in the Northamptonshire area.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3+ years PQE in Company Commercial and would have a strong background in dealing with a mixture of Commercial / Corporate matters.
You will be responsible for a broad mix of corporate finance, acquisitions, disposals and general commercial matters and work as part of a small team on larger transactions on behalf of a variety of High net worth clients including foreign owned subsidiaries.
Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits and is Negotiable depending upon previous experience.
