The purpose of the role is to support and participate in the successful growth of a highly rated commercial property team. The role is based in Bristol within an experienced national team.
The team’s client base is wide ranging, it includes private investors and SME's through to FTSE 100 property investment companies.
The responsibilities of the role are to support the planning requirement of the Commercial Property and Construction departments and to develop a recognised planning practice. This is an exciting opportunity to make your markand build a highly regarded reputation, for this reason the role requires an enthusiastic and confident individual who is keen on business development and ideally has a following or a wealth of contacts. A sound understanding across all areas of planning law is expected as well as a strong track record.
