Are you seeking a new opportunity with an excellent firm? Our Client is currently seeking to recruit a Solicitor/FILEX to join their team in Coventry in their Property department, due to the unfortunate departure of a team member. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with a variety of transactions such as Plot acquisitions; shared ownership packages; right to buy/Aquire; Staircasing. The ability to handle volume work acurately is essential and a high level of IT skills are required for this role.
