The vacancy is for a practitioner to deal with commercial leasehold for a famous national company. You will have fee earning experience in commercial leaseholds or conveyancing and will enhance the skills you have by performing an extremely wide variety of duties, including:
-Granting new leases
-Obtaining consent to the sale of those leases
-Enjoying a high-level of client contact
-Management of financial hygiene
-Manage transactions from instruction to completion
You will have experience of using a case-management system and thrive in a team-orientated environment.
This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave and the skill set you will develop will hold you in excellent stead for career progression after the role terminates.
