Job Description

Team players with the ability to manage a high volume caseload are required to join one of the biggest and best private practice law firms in the West Midlands region.

Managing your own caseload of undefended mortgage repossessions, you will have a good academic background, knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and some experience of handling debt recovery claims. Any previous experience of handling mortgage repossessions would be a distinct advantage.

The role will involve taking instructions, conducting proceedings using a case management system to obtain a court order for possession and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the procedure.

Full on-the-job training on how to conduct mortgage repossession files will be provided.
