Due to a continued increase in instructions, the business finance and recovery team (2 partners, 1 associate, 1 assistant and a trainee) of this cutting-edge national private practice is currently looking for a corporate insolvency solicitor to join its ranks.
The team advises an array of commercial clients on matters including business support, insolvency, leasing and litigation, asset recovery, debt recovery, factoring, invoice discounting and consumer credit.
The role itself will involve a mixed caseload of insolvency litigation work, so you will have ideally gained solid insolvency experience. However, candidates with general commercial litigation experience who are looking to re-train will also be considered.
