Mid-level Corporate Solicitor to work on good quality general work for listed businesses
The Corporate department of this large and well-respected firm is looking for a mid-level Solicitor to work on a broad range of matters.
Part of a large team based across the UK, you will be managing your own caseload and assisting partners on more complex matters including M&A, MBI, MBO, development funding, flotation, corporate governance, joint-ventures... on transactions with a value of up to £100 million
With a client base made largely of blue-chip organisations, some of which are listed, you will be an ambitious individual, able to work in a team environment.
This opportunity offers great quality of work and real exposure to large transactions. My client is committed to its employee and will therefore encourage internal progression.
Salary: £45-100K+ depending on experience
