CORPORATE LAWYER - NORTHAMPTON
Leading law firm with a national and international reputation Seeks qualified Corporate Lawyer (minimum 2 years PQE) for Northampton Team to deal with the full range of corporate work, liaising with lawyers in Europe, the US and worldwide. Clients include large and medium corporates, owner-managed businesses, investment funds and syndicates, technology based start-ups, public and educational institutions, MBO and MBI teams, entrepreneurs and business agents. The successful candidate requires good technical skills combined with drive, enthusiasm and good business acumen. A strong academic background together with excellent training and experience with a well respected firm is essential for this role.
