Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking an experienced Commercial / Corporate Solicitor on behalf of our highly established legal 500 client in Birmingham.
Based over several branches in and around the Midlands, our client has an enviable reputation as investors in people and have grown from strength to strength over the past 50 years to be one of leading law practices in the local area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial and career-minded Solicitor. The successful applicant will be well versed in the area of Commercial / Corporate Law and should be experienced in dealing with mergers, acquisitions, joint venture agreements as well as UK employment law.
Due to the firm's continuous growth, this role could develop to a partner position for the right candidate.
Current Partners are encouraged to apply as this may fast track to an initial Partnership offering or an offering upon appraisal.
Salary: Up to £65,000 p.a + Benefits.
