Acting within various specialist industries, the real estate department has a team of specialist construction lawyers that provide advice on every stage of a development from design and procurement through to completion, occupation and management.
This esteemed and vibrant construction department has a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer to join the experienced team. To be suitable for this opportunity, you will have an understanding of the Standard Forms of Building and Engineering Contract, Professional Appointments and Collateral Warranties. 1 to 4 years of post admitted experience in construction law is desirable but you will also be considered if you are a commercial property solicitor with experience of the above and eager to move into this specialist field.
