Senior Solicitor / Partner Leicestershire With offices strategically located throughout the midlands, this superb law firm has developed a fine reputation for the provision of innovative legal solutions to a range of local, national and international clients. A senior Solicitor / Partner is now required to take a role of high importance within the Commercial department, taking responsibility for a busy caseload in addition to developing and promoting the activities of the company. The commercial team has a wide ranging and in depth expertise of guiding and assisting clients in various commercial matters from drafting and negotiating commercial agreements to advising on compliance or other regulatory issues. Potential candidates will have a minimum of 5 years PQE within a commercial environment and a proven aptitude for building and developing relationships with key clients and internal personnel. A dynamic, innovated and forward thinking mentality will prove invaluable as the company progresses and adapts its services in line with current demand and evolving commercial needs.
