Commercial Solicitor Birmingham With offices throughout the UK, this outstanding firm have built a strong reputation through a deep commitment to clients, legal expertise and outstanding teamwork. A highly experienced, professional and motivated commercial lawyer is sought to join this full-service organisation and draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements. The post holder will be required to assist in the supervision of other lawyers and also make a significant contribution to a variety of marketing initiatives. You will be joining the corporate and public law team, responsible for carrying out a variety of non contentious work for public and private sector clients. In addition to advising on agency, distribution, outsourcing and other trading agreements, you will also assist on complex related issues such as competition law, data protection and freedom of information. Candidates will boast a strong academic background, qualified to at least 2:1 degree level; in conjunction with excellent drafting and written communication skills. The ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a wider team will be essential to your success.
