A fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor has arisen at a reputable law firm in Derby. Previous experience of Commercial Litigation is essential. Salary of up to £45k.
The Client: Our client is an efficient and well recognised law firm which was established in the late 1980's. With 8 offices spread throughout the East Midlands they have built up their reputation of being a forward thinking and progressing firm. Although they have been steadily increasing in size their priority is to remain a relaxed culture and ensure all staff are fully satisfied.
The Role: An opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor to join the Commercial Litigation team at the Head Office in Derby. This position involves working for a wide range of clients including local businesses, insolvency practitioners and household names. The successful candidate will handle a general caseload including property litigation, insolvency and general contractual disputes and will be involved with client development in order to build their own caseload and profile.
Candidates need to have previously worked within Commercial Litigation and be excellent at communicating on all levels.
Candidates will benefit from a high level of internal support with the position looking to offer excellent potential and a good salary of up to £45k.
