Senior Solicitor / Partner Commercial Litigation Northamptonshire This leading commercial law firm has an extremely strong litigation team across 4 UK offices and now requires the services of a Senior Solicitor / Partner. Through adopting a pro-active, commercial and robust approach to resolving client problems, their reputation for the provision of quality legal advice continues to grow. The Senior Solicitor / Partner will take responsibility for a range of activities including co-ordinating and supervising proceedings in relation to contractual disputes, warranty claims, director/shareholder/partnership disputes, commercial fraud, intellectual property claims, professional negligence claims, defamation and disputes relating to dealership and distribution agreements. Candidates will have a proven track record in Commercial Litigation and will be prepared to perform a highly responsible hands on role.
