SOLICITOR/CONTRACTS MANAGER - CAMBRIDGE
Global Technology & Product Development Company seek a Solicitor NQ - 2 yrs PQE or a law graduate/Legal Executive with commercial experience. To be based in Cambridge, but also to cover commercial functions for German & US offices. Must be enthusiastic about technology, flexible in approach to work and be able to operate in a fast paced environment. Will be providing legal support to firm's business units on contracts and agreements, aiding internal departments by drafting and reviewing agreements, liaising between business unit and legal team on contractual and legal matters, liaising between the firm and clients/vendors regarding company policy and procedure and educating staff on contracts and compliance. Knowledge of commercial/contract law essential as are excellent analytical skills, good communication with languages skills advantageous, and ability to prioritise deadlines well. Excellent salary and benefits package available.
