COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR / ASSOCIATE - BIRMINGHAM - EXCELLENT SALARY AND BENEFITS PACKAGE
On behalf of a very well respected Legal 500 Law Firm, Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently recruiting a Commercial Solicitor / Associate to join our clients team based in Birmingham.
This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist projects lawyer to join our clients highly regarded commercial group. The group is currently growing its projects practice and the successful candidate will work closely with the existing team and ultimately become the team leader in that practice area.
The successful candidate will be either a senior, assistant/associate or junior partner specialising in major projects and PFI in a large regional, national or city practice and have experience of advising at all levels of the PFI contracting chain, in particular for procuring authorities, sponsors and principal subcontractors.
In addition, our clients would also welcome interest from anyone currently in-house specialising in this area.
The applicant must have a keen interest in business development and an existing following or strong book of contacts will be important. This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for the right candidate to take a key role in shaping the development of this practice area in a strong national firm.
Salary - An excellent salary and benefits package will be discussed and awarded to reflect skills, previous experience and expectations.
