Our Client is a top 10 law firm with one of their offices in Cambridge. They have an excellent opportunity in their highly regarded Real Estate department for a Solicitor as it continues to grow. You should have good experience of commercial real estate and development work. Here you will join an established, specialist team on high-quality work offering variety and responsibility. Ideally you should have experience of:
· landlord and tenant transactions
· lease negotiation
· land law
· title investigation
· due diligence and corporate support
· Land Registry
· property taxation
· awareness of development agreements
