This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join the family department of this leading national law firm within their Cambridge city centre office. On offer is a high volume caseload of Legal Help and divorce/private law childcare work as well as provide accurate legal advice to clients at the all stage's of a case.
The right person will be joining a team of 10 fee earners who have a lengthy experience and specialism in financial claims both in divorce and cohabitee cases - including complex cases involving high net worth or the division of large shareholdings in family businesses or land. Considerable expertise is also seen in solving children’s issues both in private law proceedings.
Candidates must be able to show previous experience working for a family department and knowledge of divorce, private law childcare and ancillary relief. You must be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In return you will be offered a competitive salary commensurate with experience along with an excellent benefits package. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years PQE although all who apply will be considered.
