This international legal 500 law firm are looking to recruit a Company Commercial solicitor for there chambers ranked education department. This highly acclaimed law firm works with some of the UK leading colleges, universities and training organisation providing first rate legal advice in all areas from development, joint ventures, setting up academies and governance work.

Sound employment and education background
Have an interest in the education sector within the UK and internationally
Key duties
Dealing with transactions between UK and international higher education institutes
Setting up college joint ventures, spin out companies and venture capital funding
Extensive travel will be required with this position
