Top ranked Chelmsford based successful private practice law firm require a top flight Corporate Solicitor with 2 - 6 years PQE with high level relevant experience to work in their expanding Corporate department.
Role will involve working on high level work with long established family companies and foreign owned subsidiaries. We are looking for strong negotiator with excellent business skills able to drive matters along to an early conclusion. You will be dealing with all aspects of corporate legal work, from forming basic start up companies to selling or re-structuring mature businesses.
Market rate salary and benefits iro £40 - 60,000 on offer.
Previous experience working for a city firm or large regional firm is desirable.
