This is an excellent opportunity for a newly or recently qualified solicitor to join the Nottingham offices of this top 100 legal practice. The firm offer a range of commercially focussed services to their clients, with the Bristol department operating as a vital component in the national operations of the commercial team.
As a corporate finance solicitor the successful applicant will work on a challenging caseload of mergers, acquisitions, alternative market and financial services issues. Working alongside some of the regions most renowned specialists will present the opportunity to expand your knowledge and know-how. In addition, the firm provides training sessions to assist with the development of all fee earners.
The ideal candidate will have previous corporate, corporate finance or financial services experience, ambition and determination. Training in-house, at a large regional or London firm is desirable.
