Leading global science company seeks Company Commercial Lawyer NQ - 2 years PQE for Cambridgeshire office. Reporting to Head of Legal Department, will be responsible for provision of legal advice, providing training to staff on competition law and other relevant legal matters, drafting and advising on contracts, active involvement and support for Company Compliance programme, acting for the company in contentious matters, managing the Company's property portfolio and handling insurance and data protection issues. Experience in commercial contracts, competition, employment and litigation desirable as are strong IT skills and the ability to prioritise while working under pressure on a wide range of tasks. Strong personal skills and effective communication with a wide range of people at all levels is necessary along with a professional, responsible, systematic approach, thorough with attention to detail.
