You will be the sole corporate fee earner for this commercial firm and will be responsible for developing client relationships and building this area of the practice. The firm is already established as a commercial firm so there are already some clients and sources of work. You should enjoy business development and some following would be an advantage but is not essential. There will be plenty of support internally from other directors as well as external business development support.
